Cario, LLC, a Southwest Florida-based medical device supplier has signed a long-term lease for 10,250 SF at Airport Commerce Center. Lease commencement is scheduled for early spring 2021. The lease signing brings the occupancy level of ACC to 100% continuing a long-running pattern of strong performance at ACC that has not dropped off during the pandemic.
