The ADW portfolio includes Georgie’s Garden Café, located at UTC, Sarasota, FL www.georgiesgardencafe.com and Jane’s Garden Café in Naples www.janesgardencafe.com. Near-term plans call for the expansion of additional hospitality concepts in the Sarasota market.
ADW plans to use the space at ACC for administrative offices and storage purposes.
