Airport Commerce Center reaches 100% occupancy

For the second time in 2022, Airport Commerce Center, Sarasota, Florida has obtained a 100% occupancy level. According to Jeff Button, the Exclusive Leasing Agent for the property, “the demand for flex space is currently outstripping demand and the full occupancy at a high-quality flex property such as Airport Commerce Center speaks to the strength of this well-managed asset. We see rents rising as well.”

The property owners just completed a parking area lighting and exterior lighting upgrade to LED throughout the entire 15-acre site. Other planned improvements for this spring include new lighted property signage on both Tallevast Road and 15th Street East.
