About the Owner, Property Manager & Leasing Agent
Airport Commerce Center (“ACC”) is owned jointly by two LLC’s controlled by Lee Rosner and Jim Tsunis, two highly experienced New York based real estate investors with extensive experience in the ownership and asset management of large commercial real estate assets such as ACC.
Day to day property management services are provided by Newmark, a global commercial real estate provider with a strong local presence in the Tampa Bay-Sarasota market. Stacey Komanowski is the designated property manager for ACC. Stacey is based out of Newmark’s Tampa office.
Leasing is handled by Jeff Button of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button Inc. Jeff is a leading industrial broker in the Sarasota market.
