Hurricane Milton Update for Airport Commerce Center, Sarasota, FL
The impact of Hurricane Milton on the Airport Commerce Center was minimal due to its elevated location compared to the Greater Sarasota area, as well as the durability of its masonry and steel construction and recently installed roofs. However, we did experience a power outage lasting approximately 24 hours, along with some debris from fallen tree branches and other materials.
Our maintenance and landscaping teams are actively working on the cleanup and are ready to assist our tenants and neighbors with recovery efforts.
